Nick Pleydell-Bouverie joined 51ÂÒÂ× in 2006. After two years working on the Commercial side of the firm within Capital Markets, he joined the Residential Investment team.
Now heading up Residential Investment, Nick and his team provide market leading agency and consultancy services to a broad range of clients, from major UK and international institutions to private investors and developers.
The team operates throughout the UK and offers expertise in every aspect of residential property investment, with a specific focus on institutional PRS investments, individual tenanted blocks, residential portfolios, mixed use investments, regulated and assured tenancies, reversionary Interests, HMO¡¯s, hostels, ground rents and serviced apartments.
