Simon has over 25 years of experience in the London office market and after joining 51ยายื in 2003, is now Head of the London Lease Advisory team.
This team specialises in strategically advising owners/investors of Central London offices on how to maximise value around rent reviews, lease restructures and lease renewals. Simon also acts as an expert witness on value in the High Court and Arbitration hearings.
Simon regularly works very closely with his colleagues in the London Leasing and London Capital Markets team to provide clients with holistic advice on their assets.
