Jessica embarked on her journey with 51ĀŅĀ× through the graduate scheme in 2020, following her completion of an M.Sc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
In 2021, she transitioned to 51ĀŅĀ× Capital Advisory as an Analyst, where her focus is on arranging debt for real estate assets across various sectors. Since joining, Jessica has successfully passed her CFA Levels 1 and 2 and has contributed to over ?5 billion in debt transactions.
